Fogueira Gaúcha is an upscale churrascaria providing unlimited meat sliced tableside by our Gauchos, this allows our guests to taste the different types along with the authentic Brazilian side dishes such as pão de queijo (cheese bread), crispy hot polenta and caramelized bananas which are served family style.

Our guests can enjoy an unlimited options from the signature salad bar. Diners can choose their own portions of fresh sides, salads, charcuterie and much more.

Round Rock's hidden gem! The array of meats are juicy and flavorful. I took my boyfriend here for his graduation party and everyone enjoyed their time. I will definitely book another event here. The staff was friendly and attentive making sure we got enough meat in our plate. The dining room is clean and organized. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The price is a little hefty, but it is well worth every penny.

Very wonderful place. They treat you like royalty in their service. The food tasted awesome and there is no bad cuts of meat. The house sirloin was really good. They also have great sitting areas. There's the bar area, the private dining section, small eating area and the grand ballroom and the decor is very nice and contemporary.

This place is amazing! Top tier customer service, as other reviews say: we were treated like royalty. All the meats were excellent, everything on the salad bar was of the highest quality. The fireball cheesecake was the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and crunchy; plus, who can can say no to fire? Will be back 😎

We had an exceptional dinner here today. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The dessert was not only cool to watch, but my wife loved. And the service was seriously some of the best I have ever had. Keep it up!

The food was amazing. Even more impressive was the outstanding service. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
